UDIA Qld (2021) – Regional Project of the Year
It took creative vision to look at Greenfield plot of rural land six minutes south of Hervey Bay and 10 minutes from the Bruce Highway and see the potential to set a new benchmark for an over-50s RV lifestyle community. Yet together, that’s what joint venture partners PBS Building and Nikenbah Constructions were able to foresee.

MBA Qld (2017) - Best Residential Building (high-rise over 3 storeys) over $50m
PBS’s 20-storey build for our Aria Property Group partners features a mix of retail and 180 luxury apartments with residents’ amenities that include a rooftop pool, cinema and dining room. It is a multi-award-winning project, having also won the HIA Qld’s 2017 residential category plus four UDIA Qld awards for the Aria Group in 2017, including the coveted President’s Award. In 2018 it won the national UDIA residential title.
