This development consists of a 5 storey affordable housing development, plus an attic, at 110-112 Ross St Comprising of 75 Affordable Housing Units, with 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms. In addition, there is a 1 Basement Car park with 35 spaces, including 5 accessible spaces. Accessible Rooftop Garden Terraces at levels three & four, with landscaping and associated site works.

The project had several site restrictions with regards to boundaries fronting main roads and restrictions for materials handling and construction due to the design area of the building and working in a completed residential area at Harold Park. Close consultation with authorities, City West Housing and neighbours has successfully been promoted throughout the project.

The project was designed by the client and is a construct only contract, with PBS being proactive in assisting provide resolution for any detail or design issue during the construction process. The project provides important residential living in the form of affordable housing within the Sydney city precinct and is our initial project completed with City West Housing. The design for services is highly specified to alleviate future maintenance issues.

The internal finishes of the units consist of two colour schemes, incorporating fire rated dividing walls, majority floor tiling, carpet to bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms. The fa├žade is majority masonry, with concrete wall panels, metal roofing and metal wall cladding and sliding glazed doors to balconies. There are large areas of landscaping and open space for residents inclusive of gym and BBQ entertaining area.
