The 281 homes we produced have an average of 126m2 of living, 17m2 of alfresco dining, quality inclusions as standard and one of the biggest purpose-built RV garages around at 100m2.
Central to it all is a 1600m2 clubhouse that serves as the village hub and wayfinding landmark. Vertical external screens shade external landscapes and open up the building while simultaneously protecting users from the elements. Floor-to-ceiling 7m windows in the central atrium provide an intuitive central circulation point as well as views over the development’s two scenic bio-filtering lakes and the adjacent state-of-the-art sport and recreation hub.
The project won the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland branch’s Regional Project of the Year in 2021.
