It comprises of 36 units over 3 levels and a mezzanine level with one level of basement dedicated for parking. The Design has been developed with the intention to keep solar access throughout the day.
The project consists of a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments featuring high quality timber floors, Caesarstone benchtop, splashback, polyurethane for kitchens, laundry and storage cupboards. Each apartment is supplied with Miele Appliances and quality sanitary ware with a high Energy/Water rating.
Being a Design & Construct project, the PBS Epping team has put in the effort to make the Design cost effective and faster to construct. External walls were a combination of Dincel and Hebel system. The external façade comprises of granite cladding, timber look Spanish tiles and vertical & horizontal louvres.
The external works of the facility were planned and delivered in such a way that links the facility with the adjacent community seamlessly. The project was completed on schedule in October 2016.
