This building boasts 37 student rooms as a combination of 27 double share and 10 single rooms. The fully furnished rooms offer contemporary living in one of the most sought after suburbs in Sydney. Each room is fit out with its own bathroom and kitchen including stone bench tops, cook tops, fridge, microwave, oven and range hoods, split system air conditioning and some with their own balcony. The joinery finishes in each room provide ample wardrobe storage, desks for each student and bookshelves and linen cupboards. The building throughout offers exceptional 24/7 security and high speed internet.
There is an open common area on Ground floor for all students to enjoy with its own kitchen, desks, TV and sitting areas. There is three outdoors common areas for students to enjoy through out the building each with custom timber bench seating.
The building provides ample bicycle parking with state of the art bike racks, a communal laundry with washers and dryers with Ezi wash system installed allowing students to pay for services through a mobile app. The Smart Access control system for the building allows students to open gates and doors through their smart phones as well as accept deliveries to a parcel locker while even when they’re not home.
The façade of the building is Hebel and concrete with texture Rendered finish. With cladding and sunshades to Level 3. The Mixture of colours and finishes throughout the façade are fitting for the surrounding area. Fixed and Sliding louvres on balconies provide additional privacy to students. The building is designed with open corridors to provide as much natural light and ventilation to each room and throughout the building.
