Anglicare Community Services at Oran Park Villas Stage 4a consist of 24 Independent Living Units, comprising of 2 and 3 bedrooms with single car garages, adding to the existing village facilities. Positioned in the heart of Sydney’s growing south west corridor, these Villas will be in close proximity to a new shopping centre, public schools, transport and several surrounding parks, whilst still offering the tranquillity of retirement living. All villas are being developed to high quality modern finishes, with the façade being a mixture of brick veneer and the combination of rendered Moroka texture coating and James Hardie cladding finished with Taubman’s paint.
The villas are Step Free Silver Star rated under the liveable housing guidelines to encourage peace of mind for residents whilst also being Adaptable Housing Compliant and pet friendly. Each villa boasts generous living with alfresco, portico and courtyard areas, along with common walkway path areas offering residents a nice leisurely walk. Other inclusions include 40mm Caesarstone bench tops, with Laminex joinery throughout, Fisher & Paykel appliances, Melteca finish robe doors and full height floor to ceiling tiling to the bathrooms with stone look feature throughout. The fit out also includes a WiFi network and Nurse Call system. The driveways have a cove texture with a full colour through sealed non-slip finish allowing for easy and safe access for residents and guests. Each villa has an intercom and alarm system installed, with the village also being equipped with a full CCTV security system giving the whole village that additional peace of mind with safety.
