Each apartment has either a balcony or a courtyard. The building is finished with a combination of painted precast concrete panels glass balustrades constructed from powdercoated aluminium.
To make sure that the building sits in its surrounds and is visually aesthetic and contemporary, the building is designed with a lot of articulation and no long blank walls.
