Each apartment was finished with laminate Kitchens and fully tiled bathrooms. Each complies with Liveable Housing Guidelines silver level, plus 2 select additional platinum-level items.
The building was constructed using a post-tensioned concrete-framed structure with conventional brick-veneer facade with select off-form concrete elements, face brickwork and timber-look batten screens.
The building elements set the standard for modern, low-maintenance social housing that is not just functional but provides design integrity to ensure the residents can take pride in their accommodation with simple but modern finishes consisting of wood-look vinyl floors, two-tone laminate kitchens and fully tiled bathrooms.
The development was 7-star Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) rated with features such as solar panels to complement the drive for low-maintenance sustainable housing.
This development had a clear focus on community, health and sustainability. It provided multiple outdoor landscaped communal spaces to promote residents to come together, relax and socialise within the development. It was also equipped with a communal terrace area with pergola on level 4 to provide another community-focused area for the residents in addition to the spaces on ground floor.
