With a focus on community, health and sustainability, we provided multiple outdoor landscaped communal spaces for residents to gather and socialise, including a communal terrace with pergola on level 4.
Each apartment is finished with robust, low-maintenance finishes that are simple and modern so residents can take pride in the integrity of their surroundings. We installed wood-look vinyl floors, two-tone laminate kitchens and fully tiled bathrooms.
The apartments also comply with Livable Housing Design Guidelines’ silver level, plus two select additional platinum level items. In addition, the complex rated 7-stars under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) due to energy efficient features such as solar panels and high-performance glass and insulation.
