The winning formula in retirement living

The winning formula in retirement living
PBS Director Warren Ahrens describes the atmosphere in the function room as ‘electric’ when the PBS-built Latitude25 lifestyle community won the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) Queensland chapter’s 2021 Regional Project of the Year.

Announced at a glittering awards ceremony on 8 November, the premium land-lease development in Hervey Bay was also a finalist in four other categories including Design Excellence, Marketing Excellence, Master Planned Development and Seniors Living.

Latitude25 was launched in 2017 as the premier RV lifestyle option for over-55s. A joint-venture between PBS and Nikenbah Constructions, it centres on the concept of helping over-55s keep their big toys close so they can travel on a whim, yet providing a safe, luxurious and socially active coastal nest when they don’t.
